IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN NORTHERN IRELAND & SCOTLAND

Royal Mail has recently changed the way they transport parcels to Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Royal Mail have begun using air transport, with stricter rules on shipping batteries. This has caused issues for retailers like us who send parcels with vapes containing batteries.

However, a solution to this issue is currently in progress and should be rolled out within the coming weeks. The following restrictions are only temporary.

For the time being, we are placing the following restrictions on orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland:

Orders to these postcodes may contain a maximum of two (2) vape devices containing batteries. This includes both disposable vapes and refillable vape kits.

There are no restrictions on any other products at this time.
