Terms & Condition for usage of Safe place

By selecting the Safe Place option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Customer Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for choosing to have your parcel left in a Safe Place. Vape Green cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage once the item has been delivered to the designated or alternative Safe Place by the courier.
Safe Place Interpretation: If the instructions provided are unclear, too general (e.g., simply “by the bins” or “in the shed”), or if there are multiple locations that fit the description, the delivery driver may use their discretion to determine what they believe to be the most appropriate location nearby. This may not always match your intended Safe Place.
Multiple Possible Locations: In cases where several potential Safe Places exist (e.g., multiple bins or doors), the parcel may not be left exactly where specified. The courier will aim to leave it in what they judge to be the safest option available.
No Guarantee of Use: The use of a Safe Place is not guaranteed. If the courier cannot locate the specified Safe Place, finds the instructions too vague, or deems the area unsafe (due to visibility, access issues, or security concerns), they may choose not to leave the parcel. In such cases, the delivery may be reattempted or redirected according to the courier’s policy.

By using this service, you understand and accept the above risks and responsibilities associated with Safe Place delivery.
