I had the pleasure of trying out the new SKE Crystal 4 in 1 disposable vape, packed with up to 2400 puffs from its 4 prefilled pods, plus a rechargeable battery. Let’s dive into my impressions of the device!
Legal big-puff disposable vapes are on the rise in the UK, emerging as clever workarounds to the TPD and TRPR 2ml volume limit on nicotine-containing disposable vapes.
These big puff disposables follow regulations by utilising various loopholes, such as an auto-refill pod (in the case of the Zap! Instafill) and a chamber holding several prefilled 2ml pods.
The SKE Crystal 4 in 1 2400 disposable utilises the latter strategy alongside a rechargeable battery. Plus, you can purchase more prefilled vape pods to use when your old ones run out.
I had my pick of the litter, so I chose the Blue Edition first and foremost, which came with 4 different pod flavours to swap between. I also got to try a number of other flavours in order to rank them for this review.
Without further ado, let’s get into it!

Given that this is one of the best SKE crystal bar flavours—and certainly the most popular in the UK—it should come as no surprise that the Lemon & Lime SKE 4 in 1 comes in at the top of our list!
A zesty confection of sweet and punchy lemons with light, verdant limes is frosted with a thin layer of ice in this incredible flavour.
The 4-in-1 pods taste just like the Lemon & Lime SKE Crystal Bar, albeit with a wider airflow and more power. More power means more vapour and flavour, so this one is a true slam dunk.
If you love the 600-puff Crystal Bar version of this best-selling flavour, you really can’t go wrong here. It’s sweet, zingy, and oh-so satisfying. All of the top reviews for this vape list Lemon & Lime as their favourite flavour!

The Blue Edition SKE Crystal 2400 4-in-1 is the vape I received, though I did get to try the other pod flavours as well. I really loved the selection of 4 different pod flavours: Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Cola Ice, Blueberry Raspberries, and Blueberry Peach.
While I personally wasn’t super keen on the Blueberry Sour Raspberry flavour (I’ve had much better versions from other disposable vape brands), I really loved all the other flavours.
My husband kept stealing my vape to get a few puffs of the Cola Ice, which was zingy and refreshing without being too sweet. It did feel a bit out of place with the other flavours, but I loved the change nonetheless. It was like a palate cleanser.
Blueberry Peach was my favourite—sweet and tangy, hitting all the right notes—and Blueberry Raspberries was a smooth, sweet, rich flavour I could easily vape all day. If you’re a berry fan and you’re looking to try out one of the multi-flavour versions, I can’t recommend Blue Edition enough!

The White Edition SKE Crystal 2400 also comes with 4 different pods: Watermelon Ice, Watermelon Strawberry, Pink Lemonade, and Melon Berry. And what a luscious array of flavours it is!
If you like your vapes luscious, moreish, and sweet, you’ll love the White Edition Crystal vape. I don’t know what makes this a “White Edition,” though Rose Edition is already taken with a selection of other pink-themed flavours.
But I digress—if your favourite vape flavours are a mix of fruity and beverage-themed, you’ll love the White Edition SKE Crystal 4 in 1. It offers a sublime mixture of sweet, juicy pods like Pink Lemonade with its zesty sweetness, Watermelon Strawberry with its tangy-sweet fruit medley, and a take on the classic Watermelon Ice flavour.
Plus, for those who love a juicy, fresh melon, the Melon Berry pod is an excellent palate cleanser, offering a sweet, fruity berry fusion to revitalise your taste buds.

UK vapers suffering through dreary, cold weather: rejoice! The Tropical Mix SKE Crystal 4-in-1 2400 vape offers a deliciously sweet and exotic blend of mixed tropical fruits to deliver the taste of your summer holiday from your vape.
The Tropical Mixed flavour is a bright medley of various tropical fruits like pineapple, peaches, passion fruit, mango, and more—all blended into a tasty exotic flavour you can enjoy all year round.
The flavours aren’t super distinct, hence the “Mixed” part of Tropical Mixed, but the flavour stands on its own nonetheless. It’s a fresh and fruity, albeit indistinct, flavour with plenty of sweetener and ice to keep your taste buds feeling refreshed and ready for whenever summer decides to come along.
Until then, you can enjoy your Tropical Mixed flavour while you wait for the sun to come out.

If you love a unique vape flavour blend, the Blueberry Lime SKE Crystal 4in1 delivers just that: a rich, juicy, and zingy mix of fresh blueberries and zesty limes swathed in a generous layer of ice for good measure.
I didn’t expect to love this flavour as much as I did, since I’m not big on blueberry vapes or lime flavours—but this one was a true standout.
It’s perfectly sweetened with just the right amount of ice to balance out the richness of the blueberries, and the lime adds the most blissful zing to the overall flavour.
Fans of berry and citrus vapes who long to try something new will absolutely love the Blueberry Lime flavour from the SKE Crystal 4-in-1 2400 disposable vape range.
I love SKE vapes. The SKE Crystal 4 in 1 gets a lot of things right where other big puff disposable vapes fall short.
Unlike the IVG 2400 vape, the Crystal 4-in-1 is rechargeable—which was customers’ main issue with the IVG 2400. Many who used the IVG bar complained that the battery didn’t last as long as the pods and that it should’ve been made rechargeable.

Similarly, people wished they could simply buy more pods to reload their IVG 2400 device, saving precious battery waste from reaching landfill. The same goes for the Zap! Instafill—customers routinely ask if there are 10ml refill bottles for their Instafill, but the manufacturer hasn’t released any.
Thankfully, there are SKE Crystal 4 in 1 2400 prefilled pods you can purchase separately when the ones that came with your device run out, so you can keep using your vape for longer—and it’s cheaper and better for the planet than buying another disposable.
There are a few things I really appreciate about the SKE Crystal 4 in 1, aside from the aforementioned recharging and replaceable pods: namely, the airflow is perfect (albeit non-adjustable), the flavours are exactly what you’ve come to expect from SKE Crystal vapes, and operation is a breeze.
In addition, you can see the name of each flavour through a small porthole in the barrel. This is super handy, and I haven’t seen this done with other big-puff vapes.
The LED indicator light even turns red when the battery starts to run out, and it’ll glow either red or white while charging to indicate the current battery level. It’ll glow solid white when it’s fully charged. You don’t generally see this kind of detail in most low-cost vapes.
I do have a few cons for the SKE Crystal 4-in-1 2400 vape. After just a weekend of use, I noticed a lot of built-up condensation on the plastic piece that makes up the mouthpiece. This is of course just a cosmetic issue, but there’s no way to clean the residue off if you want to continue using the device.
I imagine that condensation will eventually reach a breaking point and start coming up through the mouthpiece after continued use.

The device is quite bulky and doesn’t fit comfortably in your hand, which I know a lot of vapers will care more about than I do. It’s also impossible to see how much E-Liquid is left in the pods, so the only way to tell your pod is empty is to wait for that horrid burnt taste.
Lastly, I’ve heard anecdotal reports that the SKE Crystal 4 in 1 pods start to taste burnt quite quickly. As an avid vaper, I know better than to chain vape with a disposable—which can lead to the coil burning before the E-Liquid runs out, ruining the whole pod.
Many people don’t realise that taking a bunch of puffs one after the other can cause this burnt taste, but if people are using this device in the same way they’d use others (and they’ve never experienced this problem before), I think that’s less of a user error than it is a design flaw.
All that being said, however, I definitely prefer this vape to the other UK big puff disposables I’ve tried. The design and functionality elements are a lot more well thought-out, and the device offers a perfect balance of transient and reusable qualities to appeal to the average disposable vaper.
Overall, I’m definitely a fan, and I’m sure I’ll be getting myself some more prefilled pods to use in the future.
At first, the SKE Crystal 4-in-1 2400 vape looks a little complicated, but thankfully, there are clear instructions for you to follow inside the box and on the internal packaging. Once you’ve installed the pods, operation is easy-breezy.

Remove the device from its packaging and remove the pods from their blister packaging. Rotate the mouthpiece on the device so that the arrow lines up with the “unlock” icon and remove the cap.
Each of the pods will have a hole on one end and two connectors on the other. Insert each of the pods so that the hole is facing you and the connectors are facing down. Replace the cap and rotate until the arrow lines up with the “lock” icon.
Now that your vape is fully assembled, you can rotate the barrel below the mouthpiece to swap between flavours. Simply press and turn the chamber to swap between each pod.

Once the LED indicator light on your vape turns red or you notice the flavour starting to wane, plug your vape into a high-quality USB type-C charging cable to recharge via the port on the bottom of the device. The LED light will change from flashing red to solid white when it’s fully charged.
Yes! The SKE Crystal 2400 4-in-1 disposable vape is fully TPD-compliant (read: legal) and gets around the 2ml TPD limit by using prefilled 2ml pods which are packaged separately from the battery unit.
This novel workaround to the disposable vape volume limit can also be seen with the IVG 2400 disposable vape. Plus, like all other legal UK disposable vapes, the SKE Crystal 2400 has been tested and approved for sale by all of the relevant government bodies.

I’ve absolutely loved using the SKE Crystal 2400 4-in-1 disposable vape. I’ve still got a bit of liquid left in one of the pods, and when it’s empty, I’m sure I’ll be buying some more prefilled pods to keep me going.
To sum it all up, here are my top 3 favourites from the range:
I expect to see more flavours released in the coming months, since these vapes are already super popular—especially among vapers who have been using the SKE Crystal Plus prefilled pod kit.

The pods are not see-through, so the only way to tell your pod is empty is to vape it until you start to get a burnt taste. Once the flavour starts to fade and you taste a hint of burning, the pod shouldn’t be vaped anymore.
