We're sorry to hear that you did not like the taste of the E-Liquid you purchased. We always endeavour to write the most accurate product descriptions possible, but sometimes, an E-Liquid simply isn't to your liking.
As a precautionary measure, we always recommend that you buy the smallest available bottle of any new E-Liquid, and that you purchase no more than one bottle to avoid disappointment in case that particular flavour isn't to your taste. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any E-Liquids, disposable vape pens, or refill pods, regardless of whether or not they've been opened. This is because it would be impossible for us to ascertain if they have been doctored or tampered with.
