Can I Place an Order Over the Phone?

As we are an online store, orders can only be placed via our website. This means that our support agents are unable to take any card payments over the phone or through our chat.

This is partially to do with our age verification policy. As a reputable vape retailer, we will not sell to minors under the age of 18. To ensure that all customers meet the minimum age requirements for purchase, we conduct a one-time age verification for all customers via Nucleus.

We will be unable to fulfil any orders to customers who have not completed the age verification process.

What if I can't place an order on your website? Are there any other options?

As a last resort, if you're unable to place an order via our website, contact us and we can raise an order from our end and send you a Bank Wire Payment request. This is the only other option we offer outside of online ordering via the website. The easiest way to do this is to email our support.

In your email, start by letting us know that you are unable to place an order on the website and that you wish to place an order via Bank Wire Payment.

You'll also need to ensure that you include the following information in your email:

• Your full shipping address
• Full product names for the items that you wish to purchase, including quantities
• Make sure to let us know the nicotine strengths and/or colour you'd like to purchase if you're ordering a device
