Problems charging your vape kit or mod
If you're having trouble charging your vape kit or mod, we have some simple steps to try below.
We always recommend using a high-quality USB wall plug to charge your vape kit. Try to avoid using USB ports on Laptops, game consoles, etc, and be sure to use quality wall plugs with at least 1amp.
Avoid using cheaper USB wall plugs from third-party sellers on Amazon or eBay, as the quality of the components inside these plugs can vary greatly and may damage your device. The quality of the charger is very important for both your safety and for the safety of your device.
Never leave your vape charging unattended.
If you're using a high-quality wall plug and your device is still not charging, we recommend trying another USB 1A wall plug such as the one for your smartphone to rule out that the issue is with the charger.
If you've tried 2 separate wall plugs and the device is still not charging, it could be a faulty USB lead. If you have another USB charger at home that fits into your device's charging port, try using that.
Lastly, check to make sure that there is no dirt or debris inside the USB charging port of your device, as this can and will block the connections inside the port and possibly prevent your cable from being inserted fully.
